1. Institutional Mission

The Forensics Oracle Organization is an independent, non-profit standard-setting initiative dedicated to solving the Physical Oracle Problem in the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA).

While blockchain ledgers guarantee transaction immutability, they lack native mechanisms to verify physical asset condition, structural integrity, or legal title status off-chain. Our objective is to maintain, develop, and publish open-source specifications—starting with the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS v1.0)—that bridge courtroom-admissible forensic engineering with on-chain cryptographic proofs (ERC-3643 / ONCHAINID).

With over 30 years of professional experience as a certified Judicial Expert (Perito Judicial) based in Valencia, Spain, Aurelio Tamarit Blay specializes in real estate forensics, structural pathology, construction engineering, and naval/marine asset evaluation.

His work bridges decades of courtroom expert witness testimony with distributed ledger compliance. Recognizing the systemic risks posed by unverified “Toxic RWAs” entering decentralized finance, he conceptualized and authored the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS v1.0), establishing a formal forensic methodology that converts off-chain legal and physical audits into verifiable cryptographic claims.

3. Standard Governance Pillars

The PTVS v1.0 architecture operates under a rigorous four-layer verification protocol designed to ensure institutional trust and legal defensibility:

I. Off-Chain Judicial Audit

On-site physical inspection, non-destructive structural testing, urban zoning verification, and legal registry audits conducted under sworn judicial liability.

II. Cryptographic Anchoring

Generation of SHA-256 digital document hashes and immutable timestamping via open, persistent repositories (CERN/Zenodo, IPFS, GitHub).

III. ERC-3643 Claim Injection

Integration of verification hashes as ONCHAINID Verifiable Claims, enforcing automated compliance checks prior to token minting and secondary transfers.

IV. Open Science Validation

Peer-reviewed academic dissemination through public repositories (SSRN Elsevier, HAL Open Archive) ensuring complete methodological transparency.

Operational Execution & Implementation Partner

While forensics-oracle.org remains the neutral body maintaining protocol specs, public code, and academic registries, commercial execution of field inspections, physical property audits, and expert witness reporting is provided by accredited partners.
