APJUDE Becomes Founding Judicial Node for PTVS Global Standard, Empowering Certified Experts in the RWA Market

Spain’s leading judicial expert body adheres to the PropTrust Association’s standard, establishing the first operational network of PTCE experts capable of generating court-admissible Qualified Forensic Evidence Records (QFER).

The PropTrust Association (Zug) and Aurema Group LLC (Delaware) have announced a strategic, founding adhesion agreement with APJUDE (Asociación Profesional de Peritos Judiciales de España), designating the prominent peritaje body as the first Sovereign Peritaje Node for the global PTVS v1.0 standard.

This institutional alliance operationalizes the critical ‘Layer 0’ of the PTVS architecture. It mandates that physical assets undergoing tokenization (such as real estate, maritime vessels, or industrial infrastructure) are verified on-site exclusively by experts who have completed the Prop Trust Certified Expert (PTCE) academy curriculum.

Establishing the Network of Certified Peritos

Under the agreement, APJUDE’s network of judicial experts will undergo rigorous training to generate Qualified Forensic Evidence Records (QFER). These reports, sealed under eIDAS 2.0 standards, are legally and cryptographically bound to the digital asset token, providing financial intermediaries and courts with admissible forensic proof of the physical asset’s status, location, and legal standing.

The move effectively connects hundreds of certified experts to the multi-trillion-dollar Real-World Asset (RWA) market, equipping them with tools to navigate international private law and blockchain immutability under the ‘PTVS Verified’ seal.

“Institutional RWA tokenization cannot exist without court-admissible proof of the physical underlying. By establishing the first operational network of certified peritos with APJUDE, we ensure that issuers across Spain and Europe have immediate access to the only verification standard accepted by the global PTVS ‘Lex Mercatoria Digitalis’ framework.”

Zugzwang for Institutional Issuers

This adhesion puts banks, asset managers, and tokenization platforms in an operational Zugzwang: to achieve forensic admissibility for RWA in 125+ jurisdictions, they must now integrate verified reports issued by PTCE-qualified peritos. APJUDE thus becomes the pioneering European judicial body in the emerging field of digital forensic verification.
