PropTrust Association Extends Global Regulatory Alignment for PTVS v1.0 to European Banking Authority and Abu Dhabi Global Market
Following its landmark regulatory recognition by Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), the PropTrust Association (Zug, Switzerland) and Aurema Group LLC have formally submitted their comprehensive institutional dossier for the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS) v1.0 to key regulatory bodies in Europe and the Middle East.
Advancing Cross-Border Compliance
Official technical submissions have been registered with the European Banking Authority (EBA) for alignment with MiCA and Basel III SCO60 frameworks, alongside formal case registration with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM Case #00410679).
Closing the Physical Oracle Gap Worldwide
The PTVS v1.0 standard provides the definitive Layer-0 architecture required to bridge off-chain physical realities—such as ISO/IEC 17020 metrology inspections and eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Forensic Evidence Records (QFER)—with permissioned on-chain smart contracts via the RFC-003 ‘Hollow Token’ Protocol.
Next Steps in Institutional Deployment
With dossiers under active review in major financial hubs across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, the PropTrust Association continues to invite regulated custodians, family offices, and financial institutions to participate in the standardized validation of real-world asset tokenization.
