PropTrust Association Launches Global Compliance Program for RWA Platforms to Secure ‘PTVS Verified’ Accreditation

The certification framework enables digital asset issuers, custodians, and tokenization platforms to audit their smart contracts and physical verification workflows under eIDAS 2.0 standards.

Following the operational deployment of the PTVS Corpus Legislativum v1.0, the PropTrust Association (Zug) and Aurema Group LLC (Delaware) have officially launched the PTVS Institutional Compliance and Accreditation Program.

This initiative provides asset managers, real estate tokenization platforms, maritime registries, and institutional custodians with a formal path to achieve the ‘PTVS Verified’ seal of quality and court-admissible integrity.

Standardized Verification Tracks

The compliance program evaluates tokenization platforms across three distinct operational tracks:

Mitigating Institutional Counterparty Risk

As sovereign regulators scale scrutiny under MiCA, eIDAS 2.0, and international cross-border frameworks, unverified asset tokens face increasing risk of delisting, freeze injunctions, and legal voidance. Displaying the PTVS Verified badge grants institutional issuers immediate, audit-ready compliance across 125+ jurisdictions.

“The ‘PTVS Verified’ seal is the institutional mark of trust for real-world assets. It transforms speculative digital tokens into legally enforceable, forensically audited real-world claims.”

— Compliance Director, PropTrust Association

Tokenization platforms and financial institutions can submit accreditation requests and access integration documentation at the official repository.
