Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) Formally Acknowledges PTVS v1.0 Architecture for RWA Tokenization
The PropTrust Association (Zug, Switzerland) and Aurema Group LLC (Delaware, USA) officially announce that the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) of Taiwan has formally acknowledged and retained the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS) v1.0 reference architecture within its RWA Tokenization Task Force framework (Official Ref: 202610I01760).
Milestone in Institutional RWA Governance
This regulatory acknowledgment confirms PTVS v1.0 as a premier global framework addressing the “Physical Oracle Gap”—ensuring that on-chain tokenized securities remain programmatically and legally bound to physical reality, metrological precision (ISO/IEC 17020), and court-admissible evidence records (QFER).
Bridging the Physical Oracle Gap for Capital Markets
While public blockchains provide immutable transaction ledgers, they lack native mechanisms to verify physical impairment, structural degradation, or legal encumbrances on underlying real-world collateral. PTVS v1.0 solves this vulnerability by integrating eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Signatures with the RFC-003 ‘Hollow Token’ Protocol, providing automated emergency freeze functions for token issuers under judicial or arbitral mandate.
Global Regulatory & Academic Traction
Following its retention by Taiwan’s FSC, formal technical submissions for PTVS v1.0 have been dispatched to key international regulators, including the European Banking Authority (EBA) for MiCA and Basel III SCO60 alignment, and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
