⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE: BY INTERACTING WITH, RELYING ON, OR EXECUTING SMART CONTRACTS THAT CONSUME DATA INJECTED VIA THE PTVS FRAMEWORK (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PTVSClaimInjector.sol CONTRACT), THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT RELY ON THE INJECTED CLAIMS.
The physical verification data, PTVS Scores, and forensic claims injected into the blockchain (the “Claims”) represent the physical, structural, and legal condition of the underlying Real-World Asset (RWA) solely and exclusively at the exact timestamp of the physical inspection as recorded on the distributed ledger.
The Claims are provided strictly on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. The Forensics Oracle Initiative (PFOI), PropTrust Association, and Aurema Group LLC (collectively, the “Providers”) make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous physical condition of the asset post-inspection, unless explicitly governed by a separate, written Continuous Monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The Claims, PTVS Scores, and APRIS Circuit Breaker triggers are strictly technical and forensic data points. They do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The Providers do not recommend the purchase, sale, holding, or tokenization of any specific RWA. Any reliance on the Claims for investment decisions is strictly at the user’s own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or smart contract exploitation, arising out of or in connection with:
The total aggregate liability of the Providers shall not exceed the total fees paid by the specific RWA issuer to the Providers for the specific inspection in question.
The PTVS framework and its associated Claims do not constitute a prospectus, offering memorandum, or regulated financial instrument under the EU MiCA Regulation, the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, or any other applicable securities laws. The Providers are not registered as broker-dealers, investment advisors, or rating agencies with the SEC, ESMA, or any other regulatory body.
The user acknowledges that blockchain technology and smart contracts are inherently experimental. The Providers do not guarantee the bug-free operation of the PTVSClaimInjector.sol or any associated smart contracts. The user assumes all risks associated with interacting with decentralized networks, including but not limited to private key compromise, network forks, and protocol upgrades.
