Abstract: This protocol establishes the mandatory requirements, assessment procedures, and ongoing obligations for any individual, physical asset, or digital platform seeking to use the “PTVS Verified” seal. It serves as the operational enforcement mechanism of the PTVS Core Specification v1.0, ensuring that all certified entities maintain the highest standards of forensic integrity, legal compliance, and cryptographic binding.
1. Purpose & Scope
The “PTVS Verified” seal is not a marketing badge; it is a legally binding certification of forensic and cryptographic conformity. This protocol applies to three distinct tracks:
Track A: PTCE (Prop Trust Certified Expert). For judicial experts, auditors, and technical professionals authorized to conduct in-situ inspections and issue QFERs.
Track B: Asset Verification. For specific physical assets (real estate, naval vessels, industrial plants) undergoing forensic due diligence.
Track C: Platform Conformity. For RWA tokenization platforms, custodians, or issuers integrating PTVS smart contract primitives and data oracles.
2. The 4-Step Conformity Assessment Process
Regardless of the track, all applicants must successfully complete the following sequential phases:
Step 1: Application & Legal Binding
The applicant submits a formal request via the PTVS portal and executes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Licensing Agreement with Aurema Group LLC, acknowledging the jurisdiction of Delaware and the governance of PropTrust Association.
Step 2: Forensic & Technical Audit
For Track A: Verification of professional credentials, judicial collegiate status, and successful completion of the PTVS Academy methodology exam.
For Track B: An in-situ inspection by an assigned, independent PTCE, following the exact checklist defined in the Core Specification, accompanied by a documentary legal review.
For Track C: A smart contract security review and integration test to ensure the platform correctly implements the isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound and freezeByLegalMandate modifiers.
Step 3: QFER Generation & Cryptographic Anchoring
Upon successful audit, a Qualified Forensic Evidence Record (QFER) is generated. The document is signed using an eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) by the responsible PTCE. Its SHA-256 hash is then immutably anchored to the Layer-0 Physical Registry (LO-PR).
Step 4: Seal Issuance & Licensing
The applicant receives the official “PTVS Verified” digital seal, a unique certification ID, and the right to display it, subject to the continuous validity of the LO-PR entry and the payment of applicable licensing fees or royalties.
3. Rights & Ongoing Obligations
Holding the certification grants the right to use the seal, but imposes strict ongoing duties:
Scope Limitation: The seal may only be displayed in direct connection with the specific asset, expert profile, or platform that was certified. It cannot be used as a general corporate endorsement.
Periodic Re-verification: Asset certifications (Track B) are valid for a maximum of 12 months (or less, depending on asset class). Platforms (Track C) must pass annual integration audits.
Royalty & Fee Compliance: Adherence to the PTVS billing structure (e.g., micro-royalties per QFER, annual platform licensing fees) as outlined in the internal financial architecture.
4. Revocation & The “Hollow Token” Protocol
⚠️ Critical Enforcement Mechanism
PTVS reserves the right to immediately revoke certification and the right to use the seal in cases of: (a) proven fraud or misrepresentation, (b) expiration without renewal, or (c) a valid legal mandate (court order).
Consequence: Upon revocation, the LO-PR Registry updates the asset’s status to REVOKED. This triggers the isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound modifier in the associated smart contracts, instantly rendering any linked digital token a “Hollow Token”—cryptographically valid but legally and physically unexecutable, thereby protecting investors and complying with legal seizures.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the denial, suspension, or revocation of a PTVS certification shall be resolved through the CL-PTVS Fast-Track Arbitration rules, administered by an independent panel of PTCEs, with final binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wilmington, Delaware.
This protocol is enforced by the PTVS Technical Advisory Board. Unauthorized use of the “PTVS Verified” seal will result in immediate legal action for trademark infringement and fraud.
