Abstract: Recent systemic events, including the compromise of an estimated $6.3B in digital assets from centralized platforms, have exposed a fundamental vulnerability in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization architectures: the over-reliance on digital oracles and traditional private-key cryptography without a deterministic link to physical reality and legal jurisdiction. This RFC proposes a standardized mitigation framework via the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS). By introducing the isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound modifier and the freezeByLegalMandate execution function, PTVS ensures that in the event of a cryptographic compromise, the affected token is deterministically decoupled from its underlying physical collateral, rendering it a “Hollow Token” with no executable legal or physical value.

// PTVS-SecureMint.sol (Extracto Ilustrativo)
modifier isPhysicallyAndLegallyBound(bytes32 _assetId) {
    // 1. Verificar existencia de un QFER válido en el registro LO-PR
    require(LOPRRegistry.getLatestQFERHash(_assetId) != bytes32(0),
        "PTVS: Asset lacks physical verification");

    // 2. Verificar que la verificación no haya expirado o sido revocada
    require(LOPRRegistry.isVerificationCurrent(_assetId, MAX_DAYS_OLD),
        "PTVS: Physical verification expired or revoked");

    // 3. Verificar que el QFER esté firmado por un PTCE activo y certificado
    require(PTCERegistry.isActiveSigner(LOPRRegistry.getQFERSigner(_assetId)),
        "PTVS: Invalid or inactive PTCE signature");
    _;
}

// PTVS-LegalCompliance.sol (Extracto Ilustrativo)
event AssetFrozenByLegalMandate(bytes32 indexed assetId, address indexed frozenAccount, bytes32 legalOrderHash);

function freezeByLegalMandate(bytes32 _assetId, address _targetAccount, bytes32 _courtOrderHash) external onlyLegalComplianceRole {
    require(_targetAccount != address(0), "PTVS: Invalid address");

    // Marcar el activo como congelado para esta cuenta
    frozenAssets[_assetId][_targetAccount] = true;

    // Anclar la orden judicial en el registro LO-PR para auditoría inmutable
    LOPRRegistry.recordLegalFreeze(_assetId, _targetAccount, _courtOrderHash);

    emit AssetFrozenByLegalMandate(_assetId, _targetAccount, _courtOrderHash);
}

modifier notFrozen(bytes32 _assetId) {
    require(!frozenAssets[_assetId][msg.sender], "PTVS: Asset frozen by legal mandate");
    _;
}
